Edenhart Events & Co. is led by Lily and Alephe, a husband-and-wife team whose backgrounds in management, operations, customer service, team leadership and event execution shape the way every celebration is handled.

Lily brings years of management experience overseeing staff, coordinating schedules, resolving last-minute conflicts and maintaining a seamless client experience in fast-paced environments. Her professional background also includes managing bridal days, planning and executing events for the companies she worked with, organizing teams and timelines, and handling the many moving parts that need to come together behind the scenes.

Those years of leadership taught her how to anticipate needs, communicate clearly, manage different personalities and solve problems quickly while keeping the client experience calm and polished.

Alephe brings a strong background in management, operations and customer service. His experience includes working directly with clients, handling day-to-day operations, managing unexpected situations, resolving concerns, coordinating people and priorities, and making thoughtful decisions under pressure.

Together, their experience translates naturally into event planning and coordination: managing vendors, timelines, staff, guest experience, logistics and last-minute changes while protecting the client from unnecessary stress.
