Perfect for couples who have planned their wedding but need a dependable team to organize the final details, confirm vendors, build and run the timeline, oversee arrivals and the agreed-upon setup, guide the wedding party, direct guest movement and transitions, and take operational ownership of the ceremony and reception — including real-time troubleshooting and simultaneous needs. Lily and Alephe are both present as your wedding day management team. You enjoy the wedding. We manage the wedding. Formerly known in the industry as day-of coordination, Wedding Day Management goes beyond simply following a timeline. This service requires preparation before the wedding but does not include complete wedding planning.

Perfect for couples who want us to handle the planning, organization, research, vendor communication, budget-conscious vendor sourcing, décor logistics, and timeline preparation but already have a venue coordinator or separate wedding-day team. We work around your budget to find the best vendors and options, saving you time and money with honest, truthful guidance every step of the way. If something doesn't fit your budget, we help you reallocate or find an alternative that still honors your vision. Partial wedding planning is 9% of the managed wedding budget with a $2,200 minimum, and full wedding planning is 12% with a $3,500 minimum. Wedding Management is not included in planning and is available separately at 6% with a $1,200 minimum. Every proposal is prepared privately after a complimentary consultation.

We organize the process, research suitable options, communicate with vendors, compare quotes, manage deadlines, coordinate décor logistics, and present the best choices for the couple's approval. We work around your budget to find the best vendors for you, saving you not only time but money too. We are truthful in every step, and if something doesn't fit your budget, we help you reallocate so we can still try our best to make your dream wedding happen as perfectly as possible. This is a bundle of two separately priced services — full wedding planning (12% · $3,500 minimum) and Wedding Management (6% · $1,200 minimum) — offered together at 15% of the managed wedding budget with a $4,000 minimum. Planning on its own never includes Wedding Day Management.
