We plan and coordinate events across the United States and welcome destination celebrations — our home base is Central Florida, and we are always ready to take Edenhart on the road. any travel requirements are reviewed transparently with you in your personalized proposal and may include mileage, tolls, parking, flights, baggage, rental transportation, accommodations, meals, additional travel days, transportation or shipping of materials, and additional staffing.

Wedding Day Management — formerly known in the industry as day-of coordination — is for couples who have planned their wedding and want an experienced team to take operational ownership of the details, vendors and timeline on the wedding day. Possible inclusions are a pre-wedding consultation, review of completed wedding plans, organization of vendor information, final vendor communication and confirmations, wedding-day timeline creation or refinement, ceremony and reception management, vendor arrival oversight, agreed-upon setup supervision, wedding-party guidance, timeline and transition management, guest direction when needed, and last-minute troubleshooting within our role. Lily and Alephe are both present as your wedding day management team. This service requires preparation before the wedding but does not include complete wedding planning.

Our pricing is a percentage of the managed budget with a minimum service fee — whichever is greater — so it scales honestly with the scope we manage. Weddings: Wedding Management 6% of managed wedding budget · $1,200 minimum; Partial Wedding Planning 9% · $2,200 minimum; Full Wedding Planning 12% · $3,500 minimum; Full Wedding Planning + Wedding Management 15% · $4,000 minimum. Management-only proposals may be adjusted or customized when applying a percentage to the whole wedding budget would not fairly reflect the scope of the day. Social and private events: Event Management 6% of managed event budget · $800 minimum; Partial Social Event Planning 9% · $1,200 minimum; Full Social Event Planning 12% · $1,750 minimum. Corporate and professional events: Corporate Event Management 10% · $2,000 minimum; Corporate Event Planning 15% · $3,500 minimum; Full Corporate Planning + Management/Production 18% · $4,500 minimum; large-scale and complex productions are generally 18–20% of managed event budget · custom minimum. Final investment can vary with scope, date, location, guest or traveler count, complexity, staffing, production requirements and coverage. Every proposal is prepared privately after a complimentary consultation.

Yes. We work around your budget to find the best vendors for you, saving you not only time but money too. We are truthful in every step of the way — if something doesn't fit your budget, we help you find alternatives or reallocate funds so we can still try our best to make your dream wedding happen as perfectly as possible. You remain the decision-maker in every choice.

A signed agreement and the required initial retainer are necessary to officially reserve a wedding date or service. Depending on the wedding date and selected package, we may offer monthly payments, biweekly payments, customized payment breakdowns, or an initial retainer followed by scheduled installments.

Yes. Flexible payment options are available through Klarna, and Cash App Pay is also accepted. Klarna is a buy-now-pay-later service subject to eligibility and approval; Cash App Pay is a standard payment method, not an installment service. Terms may vary, and approval is determined by the provider, not by Edenhart Events & Co. Payment methods are offered securely through Stripe.

No. Wedding Morning Assistance is an optional add-on and is not automatically included in any wedding package. It is scoped and quoted individually based on the requested hours, location, responsibilities, and staffing needs. We do not provide hair, makeup, dressing, garment steaming, childcare, transportation, food service, cleaning, or personal-attendant services unless specifically added to a customized proposal.

No — Edenhart is a planning and coordination company, not a décor, floral or rental provider. What we do provide is the planning side: design direction, mood-board development, color-palette guidance, tablescape and layout planning, rental recommendations, quote comparison, and coordination of your décor team on the event day. We can also source trusted independent décor, floral and rental partners for you. Those vendors are separate businesses, contracted and billed directly with you, and are never automatically included in our planning or coordination fee.

Yes, as optional add-ons: Bridal Shower Planning and Coordination, the Bachelorette and Bachelor Planning Bundle (planning assistance only — Edenhart Events & Co. does not attend, travel with the group, host, supervise, or coordinate bachelor or bachelorette celebrations in person under this bundle), and Honeymoon Planning (research and organizational assistance — Edenhart Events & Co. is not a travel agency and does not guarantee prices, availability, or travel outcomes).

Yes — an introductory consultation is complimentary and unhurried, whether we meet in person or on a video call. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your date.

For services that include wedding day management, Lily and Alephe will both be present, managing the agreed-upon details behind the scenes so the couple and their loved ones can relax and enjoy the celebration.
