Perfect for couples who want us to handle the planning, organization, research, vendor communication, budget-conscious vendor sourcing, décor logistics, and timeline preparation but already have a venue coordinator or separate wedding-day team. We work around your budget to find the best vendors and options, saving you time and money with honest, truthful guidance every step of the way. If something doesn't fit your budget, we help you reallocate or find an alternative that still honors your vision. Partial wedding planning is 9% of the managed wedding budget with a $2,200 minimum, and full wedding planning is 12% with a $3,500 minimum. Wedding Management is not included in planning and is available separately at 6% with a $1,200 minimum. Every proposal is prepared privately after a complimentary consultation.
