On services that include wedding day management, Lily stays close to the bride and the bridal side while Alephe supports the groom and the groom's side. Both of us manage the wedding as a whole — the vendors, the timeline and the transitions — so neither of you is left waiting for an answer.
It is a practical arrangement more than a romantic one: two wedding day managers cover twice the ground, and nobody has to choose which side of the day gets attention.

Wedding Management
You have planned your wedding. We take operational ownership of execution, logistics, vendors, timeline, transitions, wedding party and guest flow — with Lily and Alephe as your two-person wedding day management team.
Management-only proposals are customized to the scope of the day rather than the size of the overall wedding budget.
Partial Wedding Planning
Planning, research, budget guidance and vendor sourcing led by Lily, for couples who have begun and want an experienced hand to shape the rest.
Full Wedding Planning
End-to-end planning from first concept to final detail — design direction, budget stewardship, vendor curation and the whole process held for you.
