Edenhart Events & Co. does not attend, travel with the group, host, supervise, or coordinate bachelor or bachelorette celebrations in person under this planning bundle. This bundle covers planning assistance for the bride's and groom's celebrations, whether joint or separate. Travel, accommodations, tickets, reservations, food, beverages, transportation, décor, supplies, and vendor charges are paid separately by the clients and their parties.

Couples remain responsible for approving and paying for all bookings and travel expenses. Edenhart Events & Co. is not a travel agency and does not guarantee prices, availability, weather, entry approval, refunds, vendor performance, or travel outcomes.

Edenhart provides planning-side design support — design direction, mood-board development, colour-palette guidance, tablescape and layout planning, rental recommendations, vendor sourcing, quote comparison and coordination of your décor team on the event day.
Edenhart does not provide décor, florals, rentals, installation or breakdown as an in-house service. Those are delivered by independent vendors, contracted and billed separately from our planning or coordination fee.

After a complimentary consultation, we prepare a written proposal shaped around your event type, size, location, travel requirements, services requested, complexity, staffing needs and duration.
Monthly, biweekly, or custom.
Depending on the event date and selected scope, we may offer monthly payments, biweekly payments, customized payment breakdowns, or an initial retainer followed by scheduled installments. A signed agreement and the required initial retainer are necessary to officially reserve a date or service.
We accept Klarna for pay-over-time. Cash App Pay is also accepted as a standard payment method.
Financing is subject to eligibility and approval. Terms may vary. Payment methods are offered through Stripe.

We plan and coordinate events across the United States and welcome destination celebrations — we are always ready to take Edenhart on the road. Our home base is Central Florida. Any travel requirements are reviewed transparently with you in your personalized proposal.
